Alice McKenzie was stabbed to death in Whitechapel and is thought by some to have been a victim of Jack the Ripper.
She was found murdered in Castle Alley, Whitechapel, in the early hours of Wednesday 17 July 1889, nearly eight months after the death of Mary Kelly. The long gap led many to believe the Ripper had gone, but the similarity of the injuries led people to draw connections.
