Grazyna Lewandowska died from a fractured skull on 17 July 2010.
She had been at a squat in Laburnum Court off Laburnum Street in Hackney when she suffered what was thought to have been a suspected heart attack and died the same day.
However, her post-mortem revealed that she had a fractured skull and brain haemorrhage.
A Polish man was later arrested and charged with her murder after it was said that he had pushed her backwards in a row that she had intervened in, causing her to fall and hit her head on a metal pole. They had been drinking together at the squat.
However, the case was dropped when it was determined that there was not enough evidence.
Grazyna Lewandowska was a former chambermaid.
