Tressel Foster

Tressel Foster was shot in his car near his home in Aytoun Road, Brixton.

He had been a shopkeeper in Sidney Street, Brixton, and had just returned home from work.

He had been shot in the head and neck.

It was thought he was murdered by a member of the Posse 28 street gang in relation to him testifying against Wayne Hutchinson who was later convicted of the murder of several people.

He was found slumped in a Ford Fiesta car on the night of Monday 27 November 1994.

He had been shot in the head. He was taken to nearby King’s College Hospital where surgeon's battled to save him but died shortly after at 4.30am.

Two men were seen running from the scene soon after the shooting.
