Nicky Murphy

Nicky Murphy was shot in Quinney Crescent, Alexandra Park Estate, Moss Side, on 21 August 1995 around 1am.

He had been with another man who was also shot in the leg but survived. A third man was also injured. They had been involved in selling crack cocaine. Residents heard the sound of cars racing and then two gunshots followed by five or six more shots in what was described as an exchange of gunfire.
