Michael Codner

Michael Codner was punched in the street outside Georges Club, in Cazenove Road, Stoke Newington, and died after hitting his head on the pavement.

A bouncer was tried for his manslaughter but acquitted at the direction of the judge after it was heard that the evidence was inconsistent, weak, of a tenuous character and too thin.
