Kavian Francis-Hopwood was shot on the Stonebridge Estate in Brent on 2 April 2003 at 12.40pm.
He was shot just outside of Donovan Court on Exton Crescent which has since been demolished. There were said to have been over 250 homes overlooking the scene but no witnesses were ever found.
Police said that they had taken two statements.
He was shot at six times.
The police said that there was no known motive.
Donovan Court has since been demolished but was approximately where Biko House in Barry Road is today.
