Malcolm Pratt

Age: 51

Sex: male

Date: 26 Jul 2013

Place: 11 Exeter Road, Gorleston, Norfolk

Malcolm Pratt was found collapsed in his first-floor flat on 15 July 2013 and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where he died on 26 July 2013.

He was last seen alive on 12 July 2013.

When the police arrived at his flat, they found blood in the living room and bedroom, and found that the coffee table had been broken.

His neighbours also said that they had heard a commotion at his on the night of 12 July 2013.

An inquest was inconclusive stating that he had a number of significant natural diseases and he could have suffered a seizure and fallen and hit his head.

A forensic pathologist said that Malcolm Pratt had a history of alcohol dependency and drug abuse and that he had cirrhosis of the liver.

However, his mobile phone was however missing and has not been recovered.

The inquest stated that he died from a head injury, but it could not be proven how he came by the injury. However, it was also heard that it could not be ruled out that the fall had been caused by a light punch, or a heavy push that had not marked his body.

Three people were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder but were released after a four-month long investigation.

He was also known as Hank.
