Joseph Cohen was stabbed to death in his flat at Rosedale House, Manor Road, Stamford.
The police forced their way into his flat on 20 June 2003 and found him dead. He had been stabbed over 20 times and it was thought that he had been dead for a couple of days. He was found in a pool of blood on the floor in his bedroom, fully dressed.
