Hurschell Broderick was shot in his Honda Civic as he was parked up outside the Sycamore Tree restaurant in Harlesden High Street on 27 March 2003.
Two men were charged with his murder, however, the trial results are not known, altough one of the men was later convicted of a 2004 murder in which with no reference to any other convcitions was made and it's thought that Hurschell Broderick is unsolved.
Hurschell Broderick was shot in a drive-by shooting by someone in a black Ford Focus car which after sped off down the road on the wrong side of the street.
They had shot at him a dozen times.
It was thought that about 100 people could have seen what had happened but the police said that nowhere near that number came forward.
Its thought that the Sycamore Tree restaurant had been at 132 Harlesden High Street, but the unit is now a Carribean takeaway.
