Billy Moseley and Micky Cornwall were murdered in September 1974 and September 1975.
Two men were convicted for their murders in 1977 but later had their convictions quashed in 2002.
Billy Moseley was said to have been tortured before he died. His ribs and breastbone had been smashed, his toenails pulled out, and his leg held in a vice.
Different parts of his body, ypper torso, lower torso, right thigh, left leg and right arm, were found in the River thames between Rainham and Limehouse during October 1974.
His head and hands were never found.
