Kashir Bedesha died after being injured in a disturbance at the Mirch Masala restaurant in London Road, Norbury on 23 July 2006.
The incident took place around 10.00 pm and he was taken to the Mayday Hospital in Thornton Heath where he died on 18 August 2006, three weeks after the attack. He had suffered from head injuries.
