James Nutley vanished while on holiday in Tenby, Pembrokeshire.
He had gone to Tenby with some friends to play golf, arriving between 5pm and 5.30pm on 24 October 2004. He was later seen at about 11.40pm leaving the Prince of Wales pub in Upper Frog Street. He was last seen in CCTV footage at 11.57pm as he crossed the road going towards the Atlantic Hotel.
