Isaac Benson was stabbed at the Rounded Oak pub in Mitcham Road, Tooting on 16 December 2016 at around 1.30am.
He was taken to St George's Hospital where he died shortly after arriving. His cause of death was given as a single stab wound to the heart.
Two men were arrested but no one was convicted.
The pub was described as very busy at the time.
Police said that they were interested in hearing from anyone that had witnessed the stabbing or any kind of disturbance or altercation inside the pub shortly before 1.30am.
The Rounded Oak pub has since closed and is now a shop.
