Carlos Eduardo Cegove Moreno

Carlos Eduardo Cegove Moreno was shot in the street as he arrived at a friend’s place at Holmes Court.

He had been on a moped and had been shot at with a 9mm gun by someone thought to have been in a silver Volkswagen Polo car.

The police were called at 9.07pm and an air ambulance was dispatched but he was declared dead at the scene.

His post-mortem stated his cause of death to be a gun-shot.

Police said that they thought that the shooting could have been a case of road rage or a drive by shooting.

Carlos Moreno was a Brazilian and had moved to London two years earlier from Sao Paulo.

He was a chef at a school in Acton and had been planning to go to college.
