Mohammed Ahmed was stabbed in Chesterford Road shortly before 11.30pm on 30 August 2007.
He was found dead at the scene.
A man was arrested in relation to his murder but no conviction is known. Two teenagers had earlier been arrested for his murder but released without charge.
He had been involved in an argument with a man shortly before he was stabbed. The man was seen to run off towards Rectory Road. He was described as black, aged 18-20, 5ft 6ins tall, of average build and had been wearing a black baseball cap and jacket which were both embossed with prison-style numbers.
A neighbour who had been watching television said that he had heard some shouting and somebody swearing at somebody. He said that when he looked out he saw three guys running down the road.
