Emily Banks died from blood poisoning following an illegal operation.
While her husband was absent on 19 April 1916 Emily Banks was visited by two women. She later became ill.
Arrangements were made to take her dying depositions but she began to recover and they were not made, however, she later died.
She said that two women had visited her from Eccles and had used a certain instrument on her.
