A baby was found in a parcel in a field.
The parcel was seen by men working in a field.
It was wrapped up in brown paper and a bloodstained bedsheet.
The child had a piece of tape and two pieces of string tied tightly around its neck.
It was noted that the parcel could have been thrown into the field from a footpath that ran along the side of it.
The post mortem revealed that the string and tape had been tied around the baby's neck whilst it was alive and stated that death was due to strangulation.
