Joseph Rigby died after a fight.
Joseph Rigby and another man had had a quarrel at a lodging house and had gone outside to fight on an open piece of land.
Joseph Rigby was later found suffering from head injuries and died.
A man was tried for his manslaughter but it was heard that Joseph Rigby could have fallen in his drunken state and caused the injuries himself by landing on a brick.
