Mary Kathleen Robidoux was found washed up on the shore at Hove around 22 April 1922.
She was a shorthand typist from Bedford Square in London.
She had been missing from home since 14 March 1922.
The Coroner's jury returned a verdict of found drowned after suffering from melancholia, following influenza.
