The body of a newly-born male child was found in a biscuit tin that had been left at a cloakroom. The body was discovered in February 1923.
The tin had been deposited in the cloakroom under the name 'Wright'. on 22 July 1923.
A doctor that examined it said that it was very much decomposed and that he was unable to say whether it had been born alive.
An open verdict was returned.
