Kathleen Parkinson died after an illegal operation.
She had married in secret and then three weeks later died from the operation.
She was a pretty typist working for a well-known solicitor and lived at home with her parents on Ridley Road in Liverpool.
When she got back after getting married she told her mother about her condition and said that she hoped she would not lose her position.
When she became ill she was taken to hospital where she died in agony half an hour later.
Her post-mortem indicated that an illegal operation had been performed.
