Walter Bradfield was found drowned at Yarmouth.
He was from Victoria Docks in London.
He had shortly before left his wife to go for a stroll. When he was found he had an unposted post-card in his pocket which said, 'We are having a good time'.
The Coroner noted that the suggestion that he had been attacked was discounted by the medical evidence. However, he added, 'The more the case was looked into the more mysterious it became'.
