Joseph Buckingham

Joseph Buckingham was found at the bottom of a staircase.

The Coroner noted that Joseph Buckingham's sister hadn't appeared at the inquest saying that he didn't know why. He said that when he interviewed her she had made her statements rationally but that every now and then she would burst out swearing about her dead brother. The Coroner said that she had told him that she had found him at the bottom of the stairs about midnight on 24 January 1929.
