Thomas Driver

Thomas Driver was found unconscious at the foot of a ladder and later died.

He had been engaged in some building operations on his own land at Herbert Road, Plumstead at the time.

He was found unconscious on Friday 23 January 1914 with a wound on his forehead and later died on the Thursday 29 January 1914.

A doctor said that the cause of death was a short sharp blow but that he could not say whether it was done in falling or whether it was done by someone else.

An open verdict was returned.
