John Joseph Hiscock was found dead in a canal.
He had gone out at 6am on a blackberrying expedition with four other lads but became separated.
He was found later the same day, at 6.30pm, dead in a canal.
He was a pony driver and had lived in Jubilee Terrace in Royston.
