Mrs Chadwick died from a fractured rib.
It was originally thought that she had died from gas poisoning due to a leaking gas main in front of her house. However, at her post-mortem it was found that her rib was fractured which had caused further trouble and had caused her death.
Her inquest said that there was no definite evidence of how she had fractured her rib and an open verdict was returned.
