Charles Frederick Thomas fell out of a window and later died at Guy's Hospital.
His wife said that she saw him looking out of the third-floor window on the Tuesday morning and that shortly after she heard a thud and found the room empty. She said that the window was open and that when she looked out, she saw Charles Thomas lying outside in the yard terribly injured.
She said that she thought that he had been looking out of the window to look at a neighbouring clock.
