Mary Frogman was found injured in the street and was taken to the Hammersmith Infirmary where she later died.
She was found by a policeman at 11.30pm on 3 September 1908 lying in the footway of Norland Road. It was raining at the time and there was no one with her. When a doctor examined her he found that she had suffered from an epileptic fit and she was sent to the infirmary where she arrived only half conscious.
