Neville Richards died in a fire at his flat in Ramsey House, on the Wynter Street Estate, Maysoule Road, Battersea on 26 December 1982.
He had been a soldier and had been home on leave for Christmas when petrol was poured under the front door of his family home and set alight through the letterbox with a piece of rag at about 6.30am.
