Date: 6 Dec 2013
Rowan Thomas-Williams was shot in the chest outside Mulberry Court, in the early hours of 6 December 2013.
He was shot shortly before 1.30am and his friends took him to the hospital, but he died later that day at about 9.40am.
The police were called out to the scene following reports of gunfire, but when they arrived at about 1.30am they found that there was no one with injuries there, but they later found out at about 2am that he had been taken to the hospital.
His friends had taken him to a local hospital, but they didn't have an A&E department and so he was then taken by ambulance to another north-west London hospital.
His post-mortem concluded that his cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest.
There had been a house-party in Mulberry Court for his friend's birthday and it was thought that he had been involved in an altercation with another person outside at the time he was shot.
Three men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of murder but later released without charge.
