The body of a newly-born child was found under the floor in an attic at a house in Stoke Park.

A doctor from the Coventry and Warwickshire Hospital said that the body was in an advanced state of decomposition and that it was otherwise impossible to say whether it had had a separate existence.

The doctor also said that he was unable to find any cause of death other than neglect at birth.
