He was found in the house with her at about 10pm on Tuesday 3 June 2008. Donna Glasgow was found lying on the floor in the hallway.

A spokeswoman for West Midland Police said, 'Police were called to a house in St. Luke’s Road, Highgate, at 10.07pm on Tuesday evening where the body of a 39-year-old woman was found. A neighbour said that at about 10.30pm on the night that he heard his name being shouted and so he went outside and saw two men, one of whom they had seen about five times in the area before and thought was a relative and the other someone she didn't know. The neighbour said that they asked where Donna Glasgow was and that he told them that he hadn't seen her for a while and suggested they go round the back and see if there was a light on.

The neighbour then said, 'I didn’t hear anything until about an hour and a half later when the police turned up and took both men away. To be honest, I didn’t have a clue what was going on but I had a feeling it was bad'.

It was noted that it wasn't known whether Donna Glasgow’s ex-husband had been out of prison on licence or whether he had absconded from jail or otherwise.

Nothing more is known about her death.
