Rose Michaels

Rose Michaels died following a miscarriage.

An open verdict at her inquest was returned.

The Coroner censured Rose Michaels's relatives saying that their attitude, both to the police and in the witness-box at the inquest had been entirely unhelpful. He noted that when their statements were tested, it turned out that they had not told the truth. He added that he had no doubt that the relatives knew more than they cared to say.

A policeman that had /investigated Rose Michaels's death said that her relatives had given him no assistance at all and had in fact lied all the way through.
