Leila Ipakchi

Leila Ipakchi died from a fractured skull after she fell off of a toilet seat.

Her death was ruled as accidental at the time, however, the child-mider that had been looking after her was later convicted of the manslaughter of another 8-month-old child in May 1995.

However, the police said that after the death of the second child they reinvestigated the death of Leila Ipakchi, but did not come up with any new evidence to show that her death was anything other than an accident.
