Adrian Harrison was shot outside the Walmer Castle pub in Camberwell.
He was shot in the stomach and taken to King's College hospital where he died shortly afterwards. The police and ambulance were called to the pub at 11pm.
The police said that the motive for the attack was not clear.
Adrian Harrison had been from Brixton and was known as Duffus.
