Gerald Quigley

Age: 25

Sex: male

Date: 3 Apr 1999

Place: Courtfield Road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne

Gerald Quigley went missing in April 1999.

He was last seen when he left his house in Courtfield Road, Newcastle that he shared with his girlfriend at about 5pm on 3 April 1999. He was later reported missing to the police on 13 April 1999.

It was noted that at the time of his disappearance he and his partner had been going through some relationship problems. However, it was noted that it was unheard of for him to go off without contacting his family, including his brothers who lived in London.

The police said that they had an open mind regarding the reason for his disappearance, stating that he might have gone missing or could have been the victim of foul play.

Gerald Quigley had previously been in the army.

The police said that it was a possibility that Gerald Quigley had gone off to start a new life elsewhere in the country under a new identity. However, they said that nothing at the passport records office or other agencies supported that theory.

He was about 5ft 10in tall with brown hair and brown eyes and had, 'Always wanted, Always loved', tattooed across his shoulders.
