Glynfor Thomas was found in a sitting position in a pool of water leaning against some barbed wire.
He was badly burnt about the face and had died following contact with an electric current, but it was not known how and an open verdict was returned.
He was a collier and had lived in Glanyravon Shop in Rhosamman, Brynamman.
