James Anthony Sinnott was shot in a garage on the Shaw Road Industrial Estate at about 5.30am on 23 April 1999.
Two men were tried for his murder but acquitted. The two men had been business partners with Tony Sinnott, but it was heard that there had been friction between them and they had wanted him out of the way.
