Justin Bello was found in the communal area at the back of Lovett Way in Neasden on 25 November 2019 at about 8.16am.
The police said that it was thought that he had been either stabbed or shot but said that they were not releasing his cause of death at the time for operational purposes.
Two people were arrested on suspicion of murder and six other people were arrested on other related charges. A 35-year-old man was charged with his murder on 8 July 2021.
