Peter Gates

Peter Gates died in his pram.

He had a bruise on his forehead, but it was not known how it got there.

His mother said, 'I don't know how it got there. I left Peter at home with my two other children. When I got back, I noticed the bruise over his left eye'.

After he was later found dead in his pram the police were called and they took a pair of pliers away for examination.

He had lived with his family in a prefab home in The Heath, Hanworth Road, Hounslow.
