Tom Graham was last seen by a family member on 27 October 2018 and was reported missing to the police on 26 November 2018.
He was last seen by the family member in Elderpark Street in Govan, Glasgow and it was thought that he had been seen by a friend in Edinbeg Place, Toryglen, on Saturday, 27 October 2018. A later sighting of him in Glasgow city centre was reported in July 2020.
It was said that when he went missing that he had not had a phone with him or any money.
The police said that they could not rule out the possibility that he had come to harm.

It was said that he had regularly used bicycles in the Govan area.
In January 2019 the police said that they were planning to visit Edinbeg Place to carry out a fingertip search for clues.
Tom Graham had two children, a boy and a girl. He had been a labourer. It was said that it was not unusual for him to not be in regular contact with his family but not for as long as he had been.
