Charles Fowler

Charles Fowler was said to have been strangled and dumped in Grafham Reservoir.

However, it is not certain he ever existed.

The supposed murder of Charles Fowler came to light when a convicted murderer said that he killed Charles Fowler and dumped his body in the water at Grafham Reservoir in Cambridgeshire and that Charles Fowler had been the man that had kidnapped and killed Janice Weston.

He said that they had kidnapped Janice Weston together, but that Charles Fowler killed Janice Weston after she put up a firce fight.

He said that he then later strangled Charles Fowler.

He said that Charles Fowler had been a south London criminal. He said that Janice Weston was kidnapped after discovering a drugs ring and that Charles Fowler killed her after he panicked.

He said that he killed Charles Fowler because he had bungled Janice Weston's kidnap and ransom.

The police said that they searched Grafham Reservoir but found nothing.
