Raymond Mullan

Raymond Mullan was stabbed.

A man was tried for his murder but a verdict of not proven was returned.

He said that he had shown Raymond Mullan, a axi driver, his hunting knife and that Raymond Mullan had panicked and jumped on it.  However, he was unable to explain at the trial how his knife got from Raymond Mullan's chest to a river bank or how Raymond Mullan's taxi came to be found abandoned on a housing estate.
