Raymond Baxter was found dead amongst some wheelie bins in Halkett Crescent on the morning of 5 October 2017.
He had suffered a head injury. However, his post mortem was inconclusive.
He had lived in a nearby street.
The police said that they were treating his death as unexplained, adding, 'We can’t provide further comment'.
