Anthony Ronald Berry was found dead at his house on Manners Road in Southsea on Friday 8 November 2017.
Three teenagers were arrested on suspicion of his manslaughter but no charges were brought.
He had earlier been involved in an altercation with teenagers outside his home.
A neigbour said that the youths would knock on his door and shout abuse and then he would go out and start to argue with them and that they would call him a paedophile and say, 'come on then', and get him to try and attack them, adding that they did all they could to make his life a misery.
His inquest stated that he died from hypothermia complicating a right femoral neck fracture and ischaemic heart disease and it was said that there was no causal link between the fall he had and his death.
