John William Gathercole Anderson died in a bath.
His mother was acquitted of his murder.
When questioned by the police she admitted killing her child by drowning him in the bath saying that her husband had told her to sling her b----- hook and that if she was there when he got home he would throw her out. She drownd the child and then put him in a blanket and into the cupboard on the top landing.
