Jesmin Campbell died in Rock Ferry, Merseyside on 18 June 2004.
She was found dead next to her father who had taken a cocktail of hard drugs.
Hoowever, she was found to blood around her nose and bruising to her temple and an investigation was opened. however, six months later the police said that they would not be making any charges.
The inquest heard that her father had taken heroin, methadone and crack cocaine before Jesmin Campbell was found dead.
