Jack Barnes

Jack Barnes died after being restrained.

An inquest ruled that his death was unlawful but the Crown Prosecution Service initially said that there was not sufficient evidence to prosecute anyone.

However, a man was later tried for his manslaughter, but acquitted, after which the Crown Prosecution Service said they would not seek a retrial.
