Margaret Harmer and Norman Buller were killed in a road collision.
A 61-year-old solicitor was summoned for having caused their deaths by dangerous driving after he was released from a hospital in Sidcup following treatment, but nothing more is known.
He was due to appear in court on 1 August 1957.
The solicitor had been driving a car through Sidcup on 7 June 1957 when it was involved in a collision with a lorry that then mounted a pavement and killed Margaret Harmer and Norman Buller who had both lived in Riverside Road.
Nothing more is known.
