David Allinson died following an alleged attack outside the Kings Arms Hotel in Bond Street, Fleetwood on Sunday 22 July 2018.
A 62-year-old man and a 19-year old man were arrested. The 62-year-old man was charged with murder but the charge was later reduced to manslaughter after it was heard that David Allinson died from a heart attack. The 19-year-old was charged with manslaughter. They were both released under investigation.
David Allinson had been taken to hospital after the incident but then died from a heart attack.
However, nothing more is known.
